Former Husker QB Cody Green will visit the University Of Southern California early this week. Green is also strongly considering Baylor & Tulsa, which he will also visit this upcoming week. Green has already visited Kansas State and will visit Boise State also sometime this month. Green said he hopes to find a school early enough to be on the roster for Fall Camp.

Nebraska Officially Joins The Big Ten
As of 12:00 this morning, the University Of Nebraska-Lincoln is a official member of the Big Ten conference. The Huskers accepted the invitation to join, in June of 2010, and the announcement was made that Nebraska had accepted on June 11, 2010. Big Ten commissioner Jim Delany said that Nebraska is a great addition to the Big Ten, and all the Big Ten fan's are very excited to have us.
I'll tell you who else is excited to have us. The Northwestern Wildcats sent The University's athletic staff a dozen boxes of cookies with "Big Ten Welcomes You!", decorated on them with blue & white frosting. You can't get a sweeter welcome than that!!
So,we can officially say that Nebraska's Big 12 days are over. For good. Gone are the memories of Texas, gone are the years of trying to win the conference title, and gone our the days of critical opposing fan's. And unfortunately, the Oklahoma Sooners are still stuck back in Big 12 land.(Rats!)
(We've gotta figure out a way to persuade them to join the Big Ten.)
There are no other teams or fan's in all of College Football, that are more eager to get this season started, then the Nebraska Cornhuskers, and their fans.
So long Big 12......welcome Big Ten.
